The proprietor is supported by an experienced senior management team coming from a wide range of backgrounds, including business and education, and all are deeply committed to the school’s continuing success.

The proprietor and senior management team (‘Management team’) of Inspired Learning Group meet together with the Head teacher on a regular basis to oversee the proper functioning of the school, development, compliance and implementation of the school’s strategic plan.
The Management team provide effective oversight of the school, including curriculum, resources, facilities and staffing and are required to effectively discharge their responsibilities for child protection, welfare, health, safety and quality audits to help establish clear measures of organisational performance in key areas.
The Management team work closely as a group and meet regularly with the school Heads.
