U11 Tag Rugby Bronze Medal

Well Done to our U11 Tag Rugby team who participated in the Kingston competition this morning. We played 3 games in the group stage, winning 2 and losing 1, meaning we qualified 4th, so we were in the chances of a medal. Unfortunately, we came just short of making it into the final, (losing to the eventual winners) but a bronze medal was still up for grabs. The 3rd and 4th place game was more of a basketball match rather than a rugby match as it was an end-to-end all game. With the score being 5-5 with 30 seconds left of the game, we managed to put in a lovely passing move to score the winning try, resulting in us winning a bronze medal. A fantastic achievement from the team, we couldn’t be prouder of them.
