This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 and Anxiety is the theme. The week started with a wonderful assembly taken by Miss Lowther. We reminded ourselves how to deal with anxiety and how to cope. Miss Lowther took us through some wonderful breathing exercises and yoga poses. We also thought about mindful activities we could do to help calm us down. In class there were follow up activities, including making stress balls and practising mindful activities.
